Hana Thompson’s research featured in local news!

Hana Thompson’s recent publication on Western burrowing owl conservation breeding programs was recently highlighted by Castanet. The study, published in the Canadian Journal of Zoology, analyzed 30 years of long-term conservation data and found that the breeding program produces balanced sex ratios.

The official start to the lab

I am thrilled to be starting the Applied Quantitative Genetics Lab at Ontario Tech University in Oshawa! Looking forward to building the team and doing some great science!
